Shipping

All orders are shipped via standard tracked courier. United States orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days; international orders within 10–20 business days. We do not offer express shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn pieces with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact client services at info@shopbutacup.com or call +1 844 300 2882.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on international orders.

Non-returnable Items

Fragrance, fine jewelry pieces, swimwear, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defect.
